- St Andrew’s church is the most significant building in Ufford. Its location in the centre of the village provides an imposing focal point for resident and visitor alike.
- The church is a grade 1 listed building, and dates back to the 13th century although the earliest reference to a priest in the area was 1145. Services of worship still take place and the church is available for weddings, baptisms and funerals.
- Until the late 18th century the church was maintained by income from the tithe system, but now depends entirely on voluntary contributions.
