Ufford Parish Council

Meeting Agenda

Council meetings are usually held on the second Tuesday of each month (except for August, where there is no meeting) from 7.30pm in the Village Hall.  Residents, media representatives and other members of the public are always welcome to attend all or part of the meeting.  There is an opportunity to raise issues connected with any item on the agenda during the Open Forum.

The agenda for each meeting is published three clear working days prior to the meeting date.  This can be found on the village noticeboards or via a link here.

The next meeting is due to be held on Tuesday 8th September at 7.30pm via Zoom video conference.  Residents are invited to attend.

Joining instructions will be posted here ahead of the meeting.

The Annual Village Meeting due to be held on 12th May has been postponed until such time that it is safe to convene in the Village Hall.

In the meantime, if you would like to raise an issue or have a query for the Parish Council, please call the Clerk on 07747 033990 or email clerk@ufford-pc.gov.uk.  Volunteers within the village are helping those who may need support with groceries etc during the coronavirus pandemic – please get in touch with the Clerk or council members if you require any assistance.

For earlier meetings please search the published minutes on the Meetings Minutes page.
