- The main problem is that there are no rainwater drains on Walcot Road,
- Water accumulates on Walcot Road as it enters Main Street the speed & amount water overshoot the drains
- The change in camber on Main Street shifts the water towards the East side
- The low curbs allow the water onto the footpath
