The "Your Account" menu gives you full control over your account. The following features and help are always visible are...

• Register Lets you sign up and use the members only site features
• Login/Logout on the main menu lets you login and logout
• Lost Your Username or Password which emails you a reminder or lets you set a new or lost password,

Once logged in 2 more menu options become visible on the "Your Account" menu...

• Your Profile where you can Update Your Name, password and email address,
• Delete your account allows you to unregister and end your site membership.

Just follow the onscreen instructions and those in the emails automatically sent to you.
