Priority Services Register – Extra Support from Anglian Water

Anglian Water offers a Priority Services Register (PSR) for customers who may need extra help if there is a problem with their water supply or who require additional support with communications.

You may be eligible if you or someone in your household:

• Is elderly or has mobility difficulties
• Has a disability, long-term illness, or mental health condition
• Has hearing, sight, speech, or learning difficulties
• Uses medical equipment that relies on water
• Is pregnant or has young children
• Has temporary additional needs (for example, following surgery)

What support is available?
Customers on the Priority Services Register may receive:

• Advance warning of planned water supply interruptions (where possible)
• Alternative water supplies during interruptions
• Information in accessible formats (large print, Braille, audio, or text relay)
• The option for a trusted third party to receive communications
• Extra help during emergencies

The service is free, confidential, and does not affect your water bill. You can register yourself or someone else (with their permission), and support can be temporary or long term.
